At Impact Hockey we are dedicated to empowering athletes of all ages and skill levels to develop their field hockey skills, experience the joy of competition and reach their potential.
Our team have over 20 years experience on and off the field including at national and Australian level.
Our programs have been developed to align with the AIS, Hockey Australia and Hockey NSW coaching principles and selection criteria.

Alan Charlton
Head Coach
Alan is an experienced, goal orientated Hockey Coach with over 20 years’ experience at elite athlete through to school participation levels.

He is passionate about increasing participation and excellence in field hockey in Australia and well-versed in developing athletes to reach their potential.
Alan is known for providing a safe, supportive coaching environment that delivers team and individual goals.

In April 2024 Alan coached the NSW U16 Boys achieving silver at Nationals
